Global Diplomats Forum is a world-wide platform that is made by its members from the current and the former diplomats around the world including many ambassadors in each country to connect the world through their expertise and experiences to create more business opportunities.
In furthermore, their experiences can be developed into much valuable assets for the peace and humanitarian works for the better world as a concept of “Global Citizens.”Global Diplomats Forum is also aimed and aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) – to enable countries and communities to better serve the global market.

DR. Zena Chung , Founder & President of the Global Diplomats Forum and the Indo-Korea Business Culture Center (IKBCC)

Dr. Zena Chung is a Korean-Canadian currently residing in Seoul, South Korea. She is the founder and president of the Global Diplomats Forum and IKBCC (Indo-Korea Business Culture Center). She is CEO of Eva Global Holdings, a company she established to champion women in leadership and entrepreneurship. Academically.

Dr. Zena Chung holds two Master’s degrees: a Master of International Studies from the Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS), Ewha Womans University in Seoul, and a Master of Arts in International Political Economy of Development from the University of Toronto, Canada. In recognition of her outstanding leadership and contributions in global business and diplomacy, she was also awarded an Honorary Ph.D. in Business Management by Maryland State University.

Dr. Chung serves in multiple influential international roles: she is a Peace Ambassador and Country Director for the United Peace Keepers Federal Council (UN PKFC), a Goodwill Ambassador for the International Human Rights Protection Services (IHRPS) in the USA, and a former Senior Advisor for UN Habitat Korea. Her deep passion for world peace and humanitarian causes is evident through her dedication to global service. She is also a Board Member of the Marine Foundation, a global platform comprising first ladies and diplomats, and acts as the Country Director for Eureka, a Europe-based organization. Her active involvement extends to numerous economic and business organizations both in Korea and internationally. These include serving as the Co-founder and Secretary-General for the Korean-American Businessmen Friendship Forum (KABFF) and International Business Advisor for the World Federation of Korean Business (WFKB).

Dr. Chung also collaborates closely with the Indian Economic Trade Organization (IETO), a government-affiliated trade promotion body under the Government of India. In June 2020, she was appointed as the Board Director of the South Korea Committee and the Foreign Investors Council.With extensive experience in corporate and public relations, domestic and international business affairs, healthcare management, and international trade—both bilateral and multilateral—Dr. Chung brings high-level credentials and exceptional insight to her work. Her dynamic background continues to add immense value to her clients and business partners both in Korea and around the world.
